Shipping policy

Delivery speed is out of our control once your package is in the mail carrier's hands. This means all stated delivery dates are estimates only. To ensure you are compensated for lost or late packages, we encourage you to purchase Onward shipping protection at checkout.

We currently offer shipping to locations in the U.S. and Canada (Canadian shipments may be subject to additional duty taxes). Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

Typically, your order begins its journey to you within 2-5 business days. If you purchased more than one product, they may travel separately in multiple boxes. Expected delivery times are an estimated 5-8 business days. If your order has not arrived in 10 business days, please contact customer service.

Some packages may contain an ice pack to keep kernels comfortable during transit, but all of our products are shelf-stable and do not need refrigeration. Please unpack them as soon as they arrive. Save the ice packs or toss them out.
